1. Role of Aradi 24
Aradi 24 is a platform that connects people. It is not a real-estate agent, a notary, or a party to the transactions between users.
Reviewing listings reduces risks but does not guarantee ownership, boundary accuracy or the completion of a sale.
2. User account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials. A verified phone number is required to post a listing.
3. Posting listings
The seller guarantees that they own the property or are authorised by the owner, and that the information published is accurate. Every listing is subject to the Listing rules and to our team’s review before publication.
4. Prohibited behaviour
Prohibited in particular: fake or misleading listings, duplicates, contact details in listing text, deposit requests before documents are checked, harassment, and any fraudulent use of the platform.
5. Suspension and removal
Aradi 24 may reject, hide or remove a listing and suspend an account if these terms are breached, informing the user, who may appeal.
6. Liability
Users remain solely responsible for their exchanges and transactions. We always recommend checking the land title at the Land Registry and completing the sale before a notary or adouls.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent Moroccan courts.
